PRICES
•All prices shown are Net institutional prices, in Canadian dollars.
•Ontario customers - add 5% G.S.T. and 8% P.S.T.
•Manitoba customers - add 5% G.S.T. and 7% P.S.T.
•Maritime customers (NF, NB, NS) add 13% H.S.T.
•Other Canadian Customers (AB, BC, NT, PE, QC, SK, YT) add 5% G.S.T.

TERMS FOR WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS
•Open account terms subject to credit approval.
•Terms Net 30 days. Interest charged on overdue accounts at the rate of 1 1/2% per month.
•For customers not on open account, please use MasterCard or Visa, otherwise enclose payment with order.
•Custom Orders - 50% Deposit required.
FREIGHT POLICY
•All shipments are F.O.B. warehouse, Scarborough, Ontario.
•Shipments are freight collect unless prepay & add arrangements have been made with our business office.
•Freight charge invoices are due upon receipt.
CLAIMS
•Goods damaged in transit or short shipments must be noted on original freight bill at time or receipt of shipment and claimed against the carrier.
•Shortages in shipments must be reported to us within 3 days from receipt of goods.
•No adjustment after 15 days.
RETURNS
•Goods may not be returned without written authorization.
•Return freight must be prepaid.
•15% restocking charge on returns.
•Custom made merchandise not returnable.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
•We guarantee to replace or repair any article which is defective in workmanship or materials when subject to fair treatment.
